Our ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

October 21, 2022 Sharmaine Johnson

We are excited to undertake our initial Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which enhances our awareness of and our commitment to helping ‘close the gap’ for our First Nation people. Our initial ‘Reflect’ RAP has been approved by Reconciliation Australia. View RAP.

As part of our commitment, we have developed our unique Aboriginal artwork for the Calleo Group, and we have commissioned Indigenous art from all over Australia which will be incorporated into our branding and marketing moving forward.

Our primary focus continues to be on extending our growing number of partnerships to provide better outcomes for Indigenous people, with a focus on providing multi-year program funding. To better achieve this goal we have appointed a Development Advisor, Major General Mike Smith AO (Ret’d), and we have established an Indigenous Development Advisory Committee to consider submissions from prospective recipients and make recommendations to the Board.
