Calleo Indigenous

As part of the Calleo Group, Calleo Indigenous, was established to deliver skilled resources to our clients whilst supporting Indigenous causes including enhancing employment, education, and career development opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Through the Calleo Indigenous Community Fund (CICF) we've donated over a $1.8 million dollars to Indigenous led projects that aim to close to gap for First Nations peoples, with an additional $2.7 million committed through to 2028.

Committed to Reconciliation

As part of our commitment to achieve a better understanding of, and reconciliation with, our fellow Indigenous Australians, we’re proud to share that our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been approved by Reconciliation Australia. View our Reflect RAP.

For us, this is not a box-tick or a “nice-to-have” for us. It’s embedded into how we operate. We’ve built on the CICF network of scholars with a dedicated alumni program while also supporting five First Nations individuals shift from retail and hospitality into secure, long-term tech roles in government.
