Steph leads Calleo’s strategic engagement across Defence and Federal Government, delivering workforce solutions that support mission-critical programs and national priorities. As National Account Director, she oversees national delivery teams and recruitment programs aligned with the operational and compliance needs of secure government environments.
With over a decade of industry experience in IT, Project Services and SAP, Steph has placed and managed over 1,000 professionals across Australia. Her leadership has built scalable delivery frameworks, strengthened partnerships, and enabled the mobilisation of security-cleared talent for high-impact roles.
Known for leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating Defence and Federal procurement, Steph takes a consultative, future-focused approach that supports capability uplift across critical programs. An APSCo Certified Staffing Professional, she also holds PRINCE2 Foundation, MSP, and Cybersecurity Foundations (GRC) certifications, reinforcing her expertise in complex, regulated environments.
