Megan is a Managing Consultant at Calleo, based in Canberra, with over a decade of experience across private and government sectors, including IT, APS, and graduate workforce solutions. Since joining Calleo in April 2022, she has focused on connecting candidates with roles that align with their passions and strengths, while nurturing strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Megan is an APSCo Certified Staffing Professional who works closely with the Department of Defence. She is also passionate about the work she is able to do supporting Indigenous traineeship programs, contributing to meaningful opportunities for emerging talent.
Alongside her consulting work, Megan drives Calleo’s Indigenous Scholar Alumni Program as Program Manager, creating meaningful connections with Calleo Indigenous scholarship recipients across Australia.
