David has managed Calleo’s operations since its inception in 2015. With more than 20 years’ experience supporting the Federal Government’s workforce capability in Canberra, he has helped enable thousands of skilled professionals to contribute to critical national outcomes, particularly within the Department of Defence.
Before founding Calleo, David led some of Canberra’s largest ICT divisions across national and global firms and co-founded several ventures in the people solutions space.
David remains focused on delivering people-powered capability for government - built on trust, guided by service, and powered by people.
