This role sits within a major data and digital enablement program and supports senior sourcing and partner services leadership to deliver end‑to‑end procurement outcomes across strategic vendor agreements.
About the role You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of approach‑to‑market (ATM) activities and related contract processes, ensuring delivery is compliant, well‑governed and aligned to program milestones. You’ll work closely with technical SMEs, procurement, commercial, legal and executive stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex ICT procurement and ATM activities, including planning, sequencing, dependencies and milestone tracking
- Manage parallel workstreams such as contract extensions and variations, market engagement, tender evaluation, negotiations and transition planning
- Coordinate development of procurement artefacts including SORs, schedules, SLAs, pricing models and delivery frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Australian Government procurement frameworks, probity requirements and approval processes
- Prepare and contribute to governance documentation including briefs, submissions and recommendations
- Act as a key coordination point between internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Maintain project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and change controls
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, financials and decisions
- Support assurance and audit activities as required
- Proven experience managing complex ICT or digital procurement projects
- Strong understanding of approach‑to‑market and tender processes
- Experience working in multi‑vendor environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting capability
- Strong planning, risk management and documentation skills
- Experience with enterprise platforms (digital, data, integration or cloud)
- Familiarity with DTA panels, AusTender, or MTC‑style governance
- Experience supporting contract renewals, transition‑in or transition‑out activities
