Are you a seasoned UAT professional with a passion for leading cross-agency collaboration and delivering impactful outcomes? An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced UAT Test Manager to play a pivotal role in driving testing activities for a high-profile national programme.
In this role, you’ll provide leadership and coordination across multiple stakeholders, jurisdictions, and agencies to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) outcomes. From developing testing strategies to overseeing data validation, migration, and reconciliation activities, you’ll be at the heart of a transformative national initiative.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be Australian Citizens with Negative Vetting 1 clearances or above.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating UAT activities across state and territory program teams, government agencies, and delivery partners.
- Developing and maintaining UAT strategies, plans, schedules, reporting, and testing artefacts.
- Acting as the central coordination point for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on testing objectives, timelines, acceptance criteria, and readiness for implementation.
- Facilitating workshops, working groups, and governance activities to support delivery outcomes.
- Monitoring and reporting on testing progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and defects, escalating as required.
- Overseeing data migration validation, data matching, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Managing stakeholder engagement and driving collaboration to ensure operational readiness across participating agencies.

- Experience leading and coordinating UAT activities within large, complex programs.
- Experience managing outcomes across multiple organisations or government agencies.
- Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive UAT plans, schedules, risks, and governance artefacts.
- Experience coordinating data migration validation, reconciliation, or business data quality activities.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities and dependencies within complex delivery programs.
- Experience working with Commonwealth, state, or territory government agencies.
- Familiarity with delivering testing activities for national or cross-jurisdictional programs.
- Experience supporting large-scale data migration or information-sharing initiatives.
