About the Role
A Federal Government Department seeks a Technical Writer Content Designer to produce design, configuration and training documentation for CRM and infrastructure projects. You'll work across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a SAFe agile delivery environment.
Duties
- Produce technical and user-facing design documentation
- Compile Service Provider technical notes into system docs
- Translate complex concepts for executive and end-user audiences
- Ensure compliance with Commonwealth Style Guide and WCAG
- Collaborate with project teams across the full document lifecycle
- Proven technical writing experience at enterprise level
- Advanced proficiency in Confluence and Jira (Atlassian suite)
- Experience delivering within a SAFe agile framework
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly
