  • Manage implementation schedules, cutover activities and release management processes
  • Coordinate change requests, approvals and governance activities
  • Monitor deployment progress and ensure alignment to approved implementation plans
  • Support hypercare activities, incident triage and post-go-live issue resolution
  • Coordinate operational handover activities, including documentation, support procedures and knowledge transfer
  • Engage with stakeholders across technical, operational and project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Maintain reporting, readiness registers and implementation status updates
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating go-live, deployment, transition, commissioning or service introduction activities
  • Experience working across both technology delivery and operational or field-based teams
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and operational handover
  • Experience coordinating complex deployments across multiple sites, regions or delivery streams
  • Knowledge of system integration, data flows, network connectivity, environment readiness and release management processes
  • Experience coordinating incident management, service transition and hypercare activities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple dependencies simultaneously
  • Experience maintaining implementation plans, readiness registers, governance artefacts and status reporting
  • Background within infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, engineering or large-scale technology projects highly regarded
Highly Desirable:
  • Qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Certifications in Project Management, IT Service Management (ITIL), Change Management, Release Management or related frameworks
  • Experience supporting large-scale national infrastructure or field deployment programs

What's on Offer:
  • Initial 12-month contract with extension options available
  • Opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant infrastructure modernisation program
  • Work across large-scale deployments involving technology, operations and field delivery teams
  • Collaborative and supportive project environment
