- Provide senior specialist leadership across SharePoint Online (SPO) and Microsoft Purview to improve information governance, compliance outcomes, and platform sustainability, with a primary focus on storage consumption and cost control.
- Analyse and diagnose SPO storage consumption across sites, libraries, file versions, recycle bin/holds, content types, and governance settings to identify the main growth drivers, risks, and cost pressures.
- Support decision‑making through evidence‑based analysis and reporting, including cost estimates, risk/compliance implications, implementation effort, and measurable outcomes.
- Expert level SharePoint Online experience, including strong capability across site administration, information architecture, permissions/governance fundamentals, versioning behaviour, library configuration, and platform operations.
- Demonstrated experience optimising SPO at scale, with a track record of identifying and reducing storage growth drivers (e.g., version history, retention configuration, duplication, legacy design patterns).
