Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project activities to support successful delivery outcomes
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reporting artefacts
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports and executive updates
- Assist with project budgeting, procurement activities, and contract management
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and benefits
- Prepare high-quality documentation including business cases, briefs, reports, and project plans
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support quality management activities to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the adoption of project management best practices
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to project team members where required
- Demonstrated experience supporting or managing projects within a structured project management environment
- Strong project planning, scheduling, reporting, and coordination capabilities
- Experience applying project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes
- Well-developed analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience
- The ability to prioritise work effectively and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Experience working within Federal Government or similarly large and complex organisations
- Knowledge of project portfolio management and PMO functions
- AGSVA Bsaeline clearance required
- 12-month contrcat + extensions
