One of our largest Federal Government clients are in the market are seeking Objectstar Developers and lead critical projects supporting the delivery of migration projects government services to Australians.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be Australian Citizens to be found suitable. Those with government clearances are highly regarded.
About the Role
As a technical leader, you will:
- Lead and develop Objectstar applications, including data migration and code transformation.
- Oversee software planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with software development standards, policies, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve project and organisational goals.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in software development and leadership, particularly with Objectstar, COBOL, and JCL.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive approach to risk management, compliance, and project delivery.
- The ability to foster collaboration and lead teams in complex environments.
