This role is ideal for a highly capable analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex business requirements into innovative ICT solutions. Working within a large and complex environment, you will play a key role in solution design, stakeholder engagement, systems analysis, and strategic ICT planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ICT solutions aligned to business objectives
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Drive requirements gathering, prioritisation, and management across complex initiatives
- Contribute to ICT strategy, planning, and solution architecture discussions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and external partners
- Prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, technical documentation, and reports
- Support governance, quality assurance, and successful project delivery outcomes
- Systems analysis and solution design within large, complex ICT environments
- Feasibility assessments, business case development, and options analysis
- Requirements elicitation, definition, and management for enterprise-scale initiatives
- Designing complex systems while balancing functional and non-functional requirements
- Providing expert specialist advice and influencing technical decision-making
- Stakeholder engagement and negotiation across business and technical teams
- Software design principles, consulting, and contemporary delivery methodologies
- Experience working within Federal Government or similarly large and complex organisations
- Exposure to user experience evaluation, software architecture, and enterprise delivery environments
- Active AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline or higher)
- Long-term contract with extension potential of up to 24 months
- Hybrid working arrangements available following an initial onboarding period
