About the role
The role provides high‑level administrative support to a long‑term procurement initiative that underpins international development work. A core responsibility is completing due diligence assessments accurately and efficiently, as these reviews are essential to determining the commercial viability of organisations seeking to join the panel.

Duties
  • Deliver end‑to‑end due diligence assessments using approved frameworks.
  • Gather, verify and analyse information from multiple sources.
  • Apply proportionate screening to identify issues, strengths and risks.
  • Review governance, integrity and safeguarding policies, escalating gaps.
  • Liaise with prospective partners to request and clarify documentation.
  • Produce clear, risk‑based recommendations and reports, escalating high‑risk matters.
Skills & experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse varied information and turn it into clear, risk‑based advice.
  • High accuracy in documentation, compliance checks and record keeping.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Sound risk judgement with confidence to escalate issues and suggest mitigations.
  • Comfortable working within frameworks, templates and approval pathways using common productivity tools.
