About the role
You will lead development of program logic models, theory of change, performance measures and evaluation planning. The role provides strategic advice, facilitates workshops, and works closely with senior stakeholders to ensure programs are coherent, measurable and aligned to organisational strategy.
Duties
- Build program logic models and data matrices
- Translate policy into clear causal pathways
- Advise on design, measures, risks and evaluation
- Lead workshops to build shared understanding
- Develop monitoring and evaluation plans
Skills & experience
- Expertise in program logic and evaluation methods
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability
- Skilled facilitator with strong stakeholder influence
- High‑level written communication and diagramming
- Ability to manage complexity and work autonomously
