In this role, you will drive product strategy, shape delivery outcomes, and work closely with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value solutions aligned to organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business and policy objectives
- Translate strategic goals and user needs into a prioritised product backlog
- Make informed trade-off decisions balancing value, risk, dependencies, and delivery constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, designers, and architects
- Engage stakeholders to align priorities and support informed decision-making
- Monitor product performance and provide insightful reporting on outcomes and risks
- Ensure compliance with governance, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Continuously improve products using user feedback, data insights, and emerging needs
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing digital products or platforms in complex enterprise environments
- Strong background working in agile / iterative delivery teams
- Ability to translate business or policy objectives into clear product goals and roadmaps
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
- Strong analytical and decision-making capability
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience within Federal Government environments
- Exposure to public-facing or information-rich digital platforms
- Understanding of user-centred and service-oriented delivery models
- Experience working in regulated or high-governance environments
