- Demonstrated experience in performing comprehensive manual testing across enterprise business applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments.
- Proven capability in delivering System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT) and End to End (E2E) testing for D365 modules, ensuring alignment with business processes, configurations and customisations
- Hands-On experience testing D365 applications or related modules including validation of workflows, forms, security roles, data migration and custom extensions
- Experience validating D365 integrations with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and third-party systems ensuring data accuracy, error handling and end to end flow integrity
- Demonstrated ability to design, maintain and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, traceability matrixes based on functional, technical and business requirements and commitment to quality assurance best practices.
- Proven experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for test management, defect tracking, requirement traceability and reporting.
