This role sits within a central PMO and is responsible for creating and managing an integrated enterprise master schedule across multiple interdependent programs. You will play a critical role in providing a single source of truth for delivery timelines, supporting governance, and enabling informed decision-making at executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule across programs and projects
- Identify, analyse and manage cross-program dependencies and critical paths
- Align project schedules into a cohesive portfolio view reflecting priorities and funding constraints
- Provide schedule-based insights, scenario analysis and reporting for governance forums
- Support and enforce scheduling standards and best practices across the portfolio
- Develop executive-level roadmaps highlighting milestones, sequencing and delivery confidence
- Partner with delivery teams to uplift scheduling capability and maturity
- Proven experience building and managing integrated master schedules across multi-program portfolios
- Strong expertise in dependency mapping, critical path analysis and schedule risk management
- Experience working within a PMO or portfolio function, supporting executive governance
- Ability to translate detailed plans into clear, high-level insights and roadmaps
- Background in government or highly regulated environments (highly regarded)
- Formal qualifications in project management, scheduling or portfolio management
- Experience supporting large digital or ICT transformation programs
- AGSVA Baseline (or higher) Security Clearance will be highly regarded
- 12 month contract + 12 month extension
- Flexible working arrangement from office in Moonee Ponds
