About the role
The roles will deliver professional service, expertise and consultancy services on Dynamics 365 platform that will enable to achieve project deliverables.
Duties
- Resolving client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
- Data modelling and process design
- Support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues.
Skills & experience
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 functionalities with experience in performing high-level configuration and customisation.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 applications.
- Demonstrate ability to analyse and understand business problems (past experience in the finance industry desirable).
- Proven experience in data modelling and process design.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are highly desirable.
- Experience working in AGILE environments.
