We are seeking an experienced ICT Master Scheduler Manager to play a critical role within a major Federal Government technology portfolio.

This position will provide centralised oversight of a complex program of ICT initiatives, ensuring project schedules remain aligned, dependencies are effectively managed, and executive stakeholders have clear visibility of delivery progress across the portfolio. 

Reporting into a large-scale program environment, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrated master schedule, driving governance standards, and supporting successful delivery outcomes across multiple projects and workstreams. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain the integrated master schedule across a portfolio of ICT projects and programs
  • Align project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans to ensure consistency and governance compliance
  • Identify, track, and manage project interdependencies, risks, conflicts, and scheduling bottlenecks
  • Develop consolidated reporting that provides leadership with clear visibility of progress, risks, and delivery status
  • Support resource planning and optimisation across multiple projects to maximise utilisation and delivery outcomes
  • Proactively monitor schedule performance, flag emerging issues, and drive corrective actions where required
  • Establish and maintain scheduling standards, governance controls, and assurance processes across the program
  • Act as the central point of contact for schedule management, governance reporting, and milestone tracking
Key Skills and Experince Required:
  • Extensive experience managing integrated master schedules across large and complex ICT programs
  • Strong understanding of program delivery governance, scheduling methodologies, and portfolio reporting
  • Proven experience managing project interdependencies and resolving delivery conflicts across multiple workstreams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify schedule, resource, and delivery risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Experience optimising resource allocation across concurrent projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex delivery information and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience reporting to senior executives and governance forums
  • A proactive and outcomes-focused approach to ensuring milestones and delivery commitments are achieved
