We are seeking an experienced Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join one of the Federal Government Departments. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical specialist with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP), and PowerShell automation.

You will be responsible for engineering, automation, service improvement, and Level 3 support across enterprise end-user computing platforms, helping deliver secure, modern, and reliable workplace services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, support, and maintain enterprise EUC platforms and services.
  • Develop and manage automation solutions using Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Git, and PowerShell.
  • Implement and support Microsoft Purview Information Protection controls, including sensitivity labels and DLP policies.
  • Deliver upgrades, migrations, application deployments, and patching activities.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, designs, and operational procedures.
  • Work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver service improvements.
Essential Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines, including source control, CI/CD, release management, approvals, and deployments.
  • Proven experience administering and engineering Microsoft Purview Information Protection, including Sensitivity Labels, Label Policies, and DLP.
  • Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, Autopilot, and endpoint management.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, deployment, servicing profiles, and update channels.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical designs, implementation plans, SOPs, and support documentation.
