As a Change Manager, you will be accountable for the effective delivery of change management practices for a range of software changes across the department. You will need to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan, aligned with departmental frameworks and best practice
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact analysis to identify and address areas of opportunities and risks
- Design and deliver targeted communications & training programs to support staff through change
- Lead readiness assessments, provide go/no-go recommendations, and develop a framework for post-implementation adoption measurement and lessons learned
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication for organisational changes
- Collaborate with the project team and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex organisational change programs, preferably within government or regulatory environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training design/delivery skills
- Advanced strategic thinking and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and solve complex problems
- Expertise in impact assessment, readiness gates, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ability to analyse emerging issues and trends
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics365 or MS Project would be an advantage
- Tertiary or other accredited qualifications in change management, organisational development, business, or related fields are highly regarded
