We're not looking for a generic Delivery Manager or Scrum Master.
We need someone who has actually delivered Dynamics 365 CRM projects (End-to-End), understands the difference between configuration and customisation, can work closely with the business on requirements and is comfortable taking ownership of delivery.
You'll lead a small specialist team covering Dynamics functional/configuration, development, QA/testing and data.
Must have:
- Dynamics 365 CRM/CE delivery experience
- End-to-end project delivery
- PM + BA + Agile/Scrum capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Strong scope management
- OOTB/configuration-first Dynamics understanding
- Australian Government delivery experience
- Active Baseline clearance or higher
- Canberra availability, 3 days onsite
- Power Platform
- Dataverse
- Azure DevOps
- Dynamics Customer Service/Case Management
- DEWR / DESE / Education
- JSA / NESM experience would be highly regarded
