As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you will own and lead the solution architecture for D365 application projects. Your strategic input will help shape enterprise architecture and guide technology investment decisions. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to design, deliver, and optimise solutions that align with departmental standards, Microsoft Azure ecosystem principles, and human-centred design practices.
Due to the nature of the role candidates must be Australian Citizens with active Federal Government clearances.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the architectural design and technical direction for D365 projects.
- Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, DevOps practices, security principles, and configuration-over-customisation guardrails.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring delivery teams, and fostering agile, collaborative ways of working.
- Evaluating and integrating new features, tools, and third-party solutions with D365 platforms.
- Overseeing data migration, compliance, and integration efforts.
- Participating in architecture forums to align projects with broader enterprise frameworks.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience delivering architecture and design for D365 applications.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, act as the technical authority, and provide strategic guidance on solution design.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables under pressure.
- Experience working with large organisations or Federal Government Agencies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
