About the role
Support the delivery of cyber cooperation and capacity uplift projects overseas. The role works within a dynamic branch supporting Australia’s Ambassador for Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology, engaging closely with government agencies, industry partners and regional stakeholders.
Duties
- Support cyber capacity projects across the Indo‑Pacific
- Build ties with delivery partners and regional counterparts
- Draft project docs, grants, contracts and approvals
- Manage contracts, track deliverables and assess progress
- Support briefs, diplomacy tasks and official delegations
Skills & experience
- Strong project management across ODA and non‑ODA programs
- Knowledge of cyber or critical tech issues
- Ability to design capability uplift initiatives
- Skilled in managing risk in fast‑paced settings
- Confident stakeholder engagement across government and partners
