About the role
You will manage, assess and progress claims with accuracy and care. The position involves handling sensitive information, updating client records, liaising with internal teams and engaging with clients and authorised representatives to support timely and informed decision‑making.
Duties
• Assess and document claims with accuracy
• Create and update detailed client records
• Contact clients to gather info or give updates
• Approve invoices related to active claims
• Work closely with teams to verify details
Skills & experience
• Strong understanding of policy and guidelines
• Skilled in analysing complex information
• Confident communicator by phone and email
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience using records management systems
