This role will drive organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation across a complex environment, ensuring successful adoption of new services, systems, and ways of working. You will operate with a high level of autonomy while working closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies and plans aligned to program outcomes
- Lead change impact assessments and readiness activities across business, systems, policy, and service delivery
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, including consultation and co-design activities
- Develop and implement benefits realisation frameworks, including tracking and reporting outcomes
- Deliver targeted communications for a range of audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Lead training needs analysis and capability uplift initiatives
- Establish and manage change governance, reporting, and risk management processes
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end change management in complex programs
- Strong experience in impact assessment, readiness planning, and implementation
- Demonstrated application of structured methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR or similar)
- Ability to design and deliver training programs and change artefacts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and external groups
- Strong communication skills, including working with diverse or sensitive audiences
- Experience in benefits management and outcome tracking
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
- Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance
- 12-month contract + 2x 12-month month extensions
