About the role

You will deliver evidence‑based mental health services to individuals and families. Reporting to a senior clinical leader, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, provide counselling and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support safe, effective outcomes.

Duties
  • Deliver evidence‑based counselling and case management
  • Conduct intake, assessment and risk planning
  • Maintain accurate clinical records
  • Liaise with clinicians and service providers
  • Participate in supervision and case reviews
Skills & experience
  • Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Occupational Therapist / Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration, OR
  • Social Worker with membership of the Australian Association Social Workers (AASW) on commencement, OR
  • A Masters-level counselling qualification and registration with PACFA as a Registered Clinical Counsellor or with ACA at Level 3 or Level 4.
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW, PACFA or ACA
  • Trauma‑informed assessment experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Confidence managing complex client needs
