About the role

Provide clinical counselling, assessments and case management. Work within a multidisciplinary team supporting clients and families. Report to senior leadership and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties

• Deliver evidence-based counselling services
• Conduct risk assessments and care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Liaise with families and service providers
• Attend supervision and case reviews

Skills & experience

• Relevant registration (AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, ACA)
• Experience in trauma-informed care
• Strong assessment and case management skills
• High-level written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage complex client needs

Qualifications
  • Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Occupational Therapist / Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration
  • Social Worker with membership of the Australian Association Social Workers (AASW) on commencement,
  • A Masters-level counselling qualification and registration with PACFA as a Registered Clinical Counsellor or with ACA at Level 3 or Level 4.
