About the role
 
The Academic Director Coordinator must be a versatile, organised professional who will support six Academic Directors through coordination, stakeholder liaison and strong administrative oversight. They must possess excellent judgement, relationship skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative environment.
 
Duties
  • Provide executive support to six Academic Directors, including diary and inbox management.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Academic Directors, senior staff and stakeholders.
  • Manage correspondence, enquiries and follow‑ups to support timely task delivery.
  • Prepare and quality‑assure agendas, minutes, briefs, emails, letters and presentations.
  • Deliver high‑level secretariat and administrative support for committees and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries and expenses while contributing to a collaborative EA/EO team.
Skills & experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Advanced admin skills, attention to detail and MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative in research, analysis, planning and review.
  • Sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proven time‑management and consistent high‑quality delivery.
Experience in a similar position within an APS environment would be highly regarded.
