About the role
This role manages complex debt recovery and compliance matters, applying legislation, policy, and sound judgment to achieve recovery outcomes. It involves analysing cases, providing advice to support decision-making, engaging with stakeholders and legal representatives, and driving process improvements while maintaining strong compliance and governance standards.
Duties
- Lead complex debt recovery cases and recovery actions.
- Apply legislation and policy to complex matters.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and case resolution.
- Provide clear advice and reporting to support decisions.
- Improve processes, controls, and compliance outcomes.
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of legislation, policy, and operational frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and informed decision-making.
- Be able to deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision or revision.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and emerging business environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Candidates must hold or have the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
