The Client 
Our client is expanding and transforming, they have a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their Software Development team. The purpose of the role is to analyse and understand customer and business needs and identify new product offerings and solutions to improve and enhance their betting platform and products. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and scoping sessions and interviews to determine IT requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical stories and features.
  • Create compelling user stories
  • Support business Change Management activities.
  • Develop and implement inspection activities, the detection, and resolution of problems
  • Work with Engineering to ensure requirements have been met and features are delivered to the right level of quality.
  • Build a deep functional and technical understanding of our products and leverage that knowledge when building new solutions

You will have
  • 4+ years of experience in business / technical analysis and design.
  • Worked within cross-functional teams
  • Experience of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience solutioning REST interfaces
  • Supported leading end-to-end delivery of features from analysis to production
  • Built knowledge of software development processes, procedures, limitations, and challenges
  • Exposure to complementary skills in development or QA
  • Industry knowledge and/or an interest in sports would be an advantage
  • Strong skills in Microsoft technologies – MS Server, MS SQL Server shop.
  • Microsoft Azure cloud presence.

Enjoy a flexible hybrid work model — work from home on Mondays, be onsite Tuesday to Thursday, and wrap up early on Fridays with a 1pm finish.
