Job Overview     

• Designing and implementing Siebel configurations, scripting, workflows, and business services.
• Investigating and triaging technical issues and provide solution options to the project team.
• Understanding of functional specifications and the ability to work with business analysts to clarify solution requirements.
• Implementing and adhering to Siebel section standards (including design, development and unit testing standards).
• Developing and maintaining key documentation and ensuring they are appropriately stored in the department’s recordkeeping repository.
• Providing development effort estimates for changes to existing applications and new applications.
• Contribute to broader performance improvements, enhancements, Siebel upgrade, development and debugging.
• Providing code reviews and other quality assurance tasks for projects.
• Liaising with project team members in other ICT teams, business stakeholders, internal and external users including departmental service providers.  

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools, including Agile and version control systems.
• Technical experience and knowledge of at least one of the following; RestAPI, Web Services, MQ, JavaScript, BIP Reporting, Web development or Open UI.
• Expertise in Siebel tools, including configuration, scripting and integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in complex programming, debugging, data analysis, and problem analysis.
