About the role
We are seeking an experienced candidate with a strong understanding of the complex and customised SAP System and significant experience in providing specialist support in a customised SAP environment.
Duties
- Assist FHS and SAP users resolve issues including updating any help desk systems.
- Ensure documentation and training of FHS staff for common issues.
- Manage and perform user acceptance testing of SAP changes.
- Assist with project work as required.
Skills & experience
- Experience in a similar required.
- Extensive SAP knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of Edge products that interact with SAP.
