About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Deployment Engineer to join one of our largest ICT consulting clients, contributing to major Federal Government projects.  In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex LAN/WAN solution design, network deployments, and after-hours change activities. You’ll work on enterprise-scale projects, delivering secure and high-performing network solutions while collaborating with a skilled team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement LAN/WAN and SDWAN solutions
  • Configure and install switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Develop and maintain routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS), STP, LACP, QoS, BFD
  • Apply network security policies and gateway configurations
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs and documentation
  • Participate in after-hours implementations in line with company policies
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience in LAN/WAN design and implementation
  • Proven track record with large-scale network installations
  • Strong knowledge of SDWAN, MPLS/BGP, and carrier-grade platforms delivering Layer 2/3 services
  • Ability to prepare and review engineering documentation
  • Network gateway experience highly regarded
  • Experience developing engineering designs and technical documents desirable
