We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support the delivery of a high-profile, multi-year transformation initiative within a Federal Government agency. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the development of new case management capabilities that will have a lasting impact on government service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for a complex, multi-year program
- Manage resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools
- Consolidate schedules across multiple project managers, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis
- Identify scheduling risks and support mitigation strategies
- Present clear and concise schedule information to stakeholders at all levels
- Support Agile release planning and mapping to broader program schedules
- Proven experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs
- Strong proficiency with scheduling tools (Microsoft Project or equivalent)
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers to consolidate schedules and manage dependencies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk identification and mitigation planning
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile planning practices is highly regarded
- 12-month contract with a 12-month expetnion option
- Flexible working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office

- Opportunity to obtain an AGSVA security clearance
