About the role
You will plan and manage the day to day monitoring and progress of the program life cycle to ensure milestones are being met across various activities, you will also: 

  • Collaborate with implementing partners to assess key program outcomes.
  • Address program risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies.
  • Engage and negotiate with stakeholders, including Agency officials and others.
  • Report program status to the Sponsor and stakeholders in high-level meetings.
  • Monitor the program budget with Procurement team support.
 
Skills & experience  
  • You will possess over 10 years of robust experience in Project and/or Program Management within the Commonwealth.
  • PM certification (e.g. MSP® Managing Successful Programmes, RegPM™ project management certification, PRINCE2, AgilePM etc)
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Master of Business Administration or similar post-graduate qualification (desirable)
  • Excel in clear and concise communication (both written and verbal)
Candidates with monitoring and evaluation expertise such as setting up structures and processes will be highly regarded.
