About the Role
 
We’re seeking experienced Service Desk Technicians to provide technical support across a major upcoming program of work within a secure government environment. This role is ideal for IT professionals who thrive under pressure, excel at problem-solving, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users in a secure environment.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations in alignment with ITIL processes.
  • Support system maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting during major operational periods.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.
About You
  • Proven experience in Service Desk or IT Support roles within government or large enterprise settings.
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
 
Due to the nature of the role, the applicant must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 security clearance or has the ability to obtain one.
