Our client is seeking an experienced  Business Analyst/D365 Functional Analyst  who will be responsible for working as part of a multidisciplinary team doing pre-delivery and delivery analysis work. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including business cases, user stories, use cases, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops, and meetings to gather input and feedback.
  • Recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Active AGSVA clearance
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Microsoft D365 Functional Analyst
  • Excellent ability to gather and document requirements, develop requirements models and write user stories.
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops, leading stakeholder meetings and delivering training and system demonstrations
  • Solid understanding of Agile framework and methodologies.
  • A critical thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communicator – both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex IT systems undertaking business analysis work.
