About the role
As an Integration Developer your core function will be to work alongside and support the Austrade Architecture team to execute the Austrade Integration Strategy and deliver the roadmap including hands on implementation of integration architecture, practice and iPaaS related deliverables and solutions using Microsoft Azure based iPaaS components and services, and other integration and development technologies where required.
Duties
- Developing outcome-based solutions using hybrid integration platforms and technologies in particular Microsoft Azure for iPaaS, MFT and other legacy integration technologies, where required.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers and projects to deliver pragmatic solutions that balance architecture and integration principles with project delivery needs.
- Expert Integration consulting for projects from the ICT POW
- Integration Platform and Service/Solution Design and Documentation
- Achieve deliverables driven by upfront design, clear documentation, and thorough unit testing
- Develop processes to achieve efficient and quality deliverables and implement best practices to deliver and maintain software artefacts.
- Develop services and solutions in accordance with SOA, Microservice and iPaaS principles.
- Establishment of development and CICD process and pipelines.
- Expert level knowledge and demonstrated experience delivering Integration and iPaaS solutions.
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration technologies including:
- Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Hub, Key Vault, Data Factory
- Experience with integration of large enterprise system including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Azure AD, O365, Data Lake and Insights Platforms, CMS, EDRMS, SharePoint.
- Experience in implementing enterprise cloud solutions; scaling, self-healing, alerting and notification.
- Expert knowledge in software development and all technical layers which underpin integration (Networking, Security, Database, Data, Infrastructure etc).
- Experience in developing enterprise grade APIs/services and integration solutions using SOAP/REST APIs and interfaces
- Authentication/Authorization Schemes such as OAUTH, OpenID, JWT, SAML, WS-Security, Datatypes such as JSON, XML, CSV
- Experience in establishing CI/CD and Devops process and practice and Automation and templating
- Hands on Experience with tools required to achieve CI/CD including but not limited to Azure Devops, GIT.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting including ARM templates, PowerShell, Shell Script, JavaScript
- Experience in SCM practices and work flows applicable in GIT, Subversion
- Extensive knowledge of both current and emerging Integration technologies, standards, and services with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing development of knowledge and skills.
- Experience with other integration technologies and tools (e.g., swagger, OpenAPI, Ready API Postman).
