About the role
The DEVSECOPS Environment Maintenance / Tier 3 Support is expected to contribute to the planning and implementation of maintenance and installation work, including building and configuration of infrastructure components in the virtualised environments of the DevSecOps pipelines for Agencies Systems. The member is accountable for ensuring they have knowledge of and compliance with relevant financial and legislative frameworks, Commonwealth Government decision-making, and Agency directives and policy requirements.
Duties
- Apply agile methodologies to design and develop a defensive cyber operations suite
- Work as part of a team to deliver work against a demanding schedule
- Work within a complex environment with many key stakeholders to produce Agency capability
- Produce various technical and non-technical documentation such as SOP, HLD, DLD, SAD, and SOD
- Work within the technical governance frameworks, specifically with a focus on ICT and cyber security.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and operational subjects to a wide audience
- Review and comment on various documentation
- Demonstrated strong experience with Linux OS automation and administration
- Experience with IT automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Salt, Chef
- Experience with container orchestration, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as, GitLab Runners, Jenkins, Bamboo
- Experience with Hypervisor platforms, VMWare, Hyper-V
