The Role – Dev/DBA
We’re looking for a hands‑on SQL DBA/Developer to support transaction‑heavy OLTP systems and optimise database performance across a high‑volume wagering platform. This is a key role for someone who thrives in performance‑driven environments and enjoys making large databases run at their best.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Administer and optimise large Microsoft SQL Server OLTP databases
  • Performance tuning with SQL Profiler, execution plans, and index management
  • Horizontal partitioning to improve query performance for very large tables
  • Diagnose and resolve parameter sniffing and recompilation issues, including plan guides
  • Design, tune, and maintain clustered and non‑clustered indexes
