We’re seeking experienced Business Analysts to join exciting AI-focused projects within one of our Federal Government clients. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scoping, analysing, and optimising business processes, as well as defining system requirements.
 
What You’ll Do

• Analyse and improve workflows across operational areas (Signavio experience highly desirable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and co-design robust solutions.
• Evaluate processes for AI suitability, considering data availability, repeatability, and value-add.
• Support responsible AI deployment with governance, risk, and ethical considerations in mind.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, delivering high-quality analysis and documentation.
• Strong track record in process improvement and cross-team collaboration.
• Understanding of AI applications in business contexts and ability to assess process suitability.
